Steve started his career on Wall Street after receiving his MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon School. In his experience, he worked on deals such as the $20 billion RJR Nabisco privatization, and the National Enquirer/Star Magazine merger. He then moved to Atlanta, GA and started CMG (formerly Partnertel).

His results driven and client focused approach has helped CMG’s growth year over year. Over the past 25+ years at CMG, Chad has held several positions including Account Manager, Senior Account Executive, Vice President Channel Sales, and played a pivotal role in assisting in the transition of CMG’s legacy businesses into the current organization it is today.

Chad graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

He graduated from University of Richmond in 1991 and received an MBA in General Management from Richmond University in London in 1998. Prior to joining CMG, Mr. Celona worked with TIE Communications in London – a PBX manufacturer – for over six years in sales, project management and operations management.

Since 2012, she has brought strategic vision and operational excellence to the full lifecycle of telecommunications expense management at CMG, leading high‑performing, cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate, scalable, and results‑driven services across the Itemize platform and CMG’s managed services portfolio. Her teams oversee everything from implementation, project management, and service delivery to billing accuracy, dispute resolution, rate validation, and payments, enabling clients to focus on their core business while CMG drives efficiency and financial impact behind the scenes.
